The business of producing Butterfly Organic milk products was established in 2011 by Mrs. Air (Asaya Tappamanu). It all started when Mrs. Air's son developed an allergy to cow's milk. This prompted her to research and find out the causes of the allergy. Why do people develop an allergy to cow's milk? Through her research, she discovered that cow's milk allergy can be caused by a protein in cow's milk, lactose intolerance, or chemicals that are mixed in during the farming or production process. She wanted her child to drink milk that was truly chemical-free, so she could be sure what he was allergic to. She found a dairy farm that she liked, which raises cows without using any chemicals, also known as organic farming. She gave her child the milk to try, and he didn't have an allergic reaction.
