4. Personal data collection

The company collects data in various ways, including through the use of technologies such as cookies, which are small pieces of data stored on the customer's device that enable websites or applications to remember information about the customer's access to the website or application, or how the customer uses the website or application each time (see more details in Section 9, Additional Information about Cookies). The data collected by the company includes information about the customer

  • If a customer provides information directly, the company will collect and use the necessary personal information to provide services to the customer or fulfill contractual obligations or legal requirements

The above details are just an example of the information. The company will collect personal data of customers only when necessary, and will collect it for as long as necessary depending on each type of personal data and the purpose of collection. Currently, the company has set the maximum duration of personal data storage to 10 years from the date the customer cancels the service or terminates the contract with the company. After the expiration of the storage duration for each type of data, the company will proceed to destroy the personal data collected according to the purpose of collection and use of personal data as specified

In cases where there is a high risk of impacting the rights and freedoms of the customers, the company will notify the customers along with information regarding the breach, its impact, and measures taken to mitigate it
