Return and Refund Policy

Company, Butterfly Organic Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), would like to inform you of our policy regarding product returns and refunds in order to establish an agreement and understanding regarding the use of our website's services as follows

1. The company will proceed with refunding the cost of the merchandise to the customer, and will take responsibility for the shipping expenses in the event that the company is unable to deliver the merchandise as ordered by the customer

2. The duration for returning merchandise and receiving a refund has the following details:

2.1 If a customer pays the full amount using a credit card from a commercial bank registered in Thailand, the money will be refunded to the customer's credit card used for payment. The refund process will take 20-45 days, depending on the conditions of the customer's credit card issuer

2.2 If a customer pays the full amount through a bank transfer, the company will refund the money to the account number that the customer has provided, within approximately 7 business days from the date the customer received notification from the company

3. In case the payment has been successfully made or the product has been shipped, the company reserves the right not to cancel, refund, modify or amend the order in various circumstances

3.1 In the event of an error in purchasing goods such as incorrect taste, wrong size, or wrong type

3.2 In the event of price changes that may occur in the future

3.3Including vouchers for all cases that arise from the need to add additional discounts, forgetting to add a discount, and codes

4.The company will either refund the money or accept the return of the product, and the company will be responsible for the shipping costs due to various circumstances as follows

4.1 In the event that a product is out of stock (e.g. out of stock, production cancelled, etc)

4.2 In the event that the prices listed on the website are incorrect or do not match the actual selling price, there may be a discrepancy

4.3 In case of an unlikely event that may occur

5. The company reserves the right to refuse refunds beyond the specified timeframe in the event of unforeseen circumstances

6. The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice
7. For cases in which customers make orders in a package format, the company reserves the right to refuse refunds in all cases
